I hired CavinBuilt in September of 2020 to completely overhaul my master bathroom. After talking to 3 different companies, I chose CavinBuilt based on my meeting with Jeff Cavin. I felt that he was straightforward, experienced and knew what he was talking about. He warned me ahead of time about supply chain issues and how they could affect the project timeline. In other words, I feel like he did a good job in managing my expectations with regard to costs and time. I also liked that he was easy to reach and responded quickly. My master bathroom project was assigned to Mike. I already had a very specific “vision” in mind for my bathroom and Mike was both patient and supportive in making sure that we were on the same page and that I got exactly what I wanted. The teams doing the work were respectful of my home while the work was being done, which was important because my entire family was home 24/7 during the renovation. Mike was ALWAYS reachable and did a great job addressing any concerns and keeping me up to date on who would be coming and what they would be doing. He handled everything I asked him to and then some. Friends had warned me about how stressful this process would be but, looking back, the only stress I had was about choosing the “perfect” colors and fixtures! Mike invited me to be as hands-on or as hands-off as I wanted throughout the project. The actual process went by quickly and without any major hitches. I attribute this to the professionalism, experience and communication of this team. We even decided mid-way through the project to add a laundry room off of the bathroom (it’s fantastic!). My master bathroom is now my favorite room in my house. I would recommend them to anyone for ANY project. They are fair, they know what they’re talking about and they do excellent work.

CavinBuilt removed walls, put in a fireplace, a whole new kitchen and master bath. I really got to know all the people who came by to work on the townhouse and the project manager, Adison Cavin, was helpful and easy to work with. He made the job much easier to cope with all the mess. We will miss them all now that the job is finished. I would definitely recommend them.
